Travel Portfolio

These photos were taken for recreation whilst I travelled the United Kingdom and Scandinavia in 2023.
My primary camera was a Canon EOSM. My secondary camera was the mobile phone camera in
either a Google Pixel or an Oppo Reno.

Images have been edited in Adobe Lightroom and
retouched in Adobe Photoshop.

Editing Portfolio

These photos were taken by myself, installation teams, or externally hired photographers. Each collection of photographs required editing before usage in social media posts, award entries, email marketing campaigns, and two website launches.

Each set of images brought a different set of challenges. Objectives ranged from white balance and tint correction (see L'Occitane), to a complete overhaul of an image set (see Arcstream), or simply making images 'pop' a little (see Go1).

L'Occitane

These images were featured in a submission for the Australia/New Zealand Shop! Awards. The images required some minor retouching, and a white balance shift as they were balanced too 'cool'. The submission went on to win three awards at the show, including the 'Health & Beauty Display' Gold Award 2022.

Arcstream

Our installation team sent through five photos of this display, purely for insurance and record-keeping purposes. Despite their low resolution and exposure, I overhauled the images with the heavy use of Photoshop. They were then used in our highest-converting social media campaign, post-pandemic.

Go1

I worked as an installer to pack down/bump out this display. My team arrived early, so I had a couple of minutes to take photos before disassembly began. The goal was to showcase Go1's usage of a more gentle colour set palette and the growing 'Corporate Memphis' art style, both rare in the industry.

TechX

These images were featured in a submission for the Australian MEA Awards. The images were almost perfect, requiring only the removal of the occasional electrical cord or waylaid piece of tape. The submission went on to win the Australian Exhibition of the Year 2022.
